Your decision to register for the Flamenco Guitar Course organised by Online Flamenco constitutes your acknowledgement of and consent to all of the terms and conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before finalising your registration.

1. Definitions

“Agreement” means these Event Terms and Conditions together with the information provided on the Event Page.

“Attendee” means the student enrolled to attend the Event.

“Event” means the Come to Córdoba Flamenco Guitar Course organised by Online Flamenco, as more fully described on the Event Page.

“Event Page” means the Online Flamenco promotional page reflecting the program description, prices and FAQ regarding the Event, available at:

“Course Info Page” means the program content description, location, timetable, updates and other relevant information regarding the Event, available at:
https://start.onlineflamenco.com/ctc-infopage

“Form” means the Event enrolment form the Attendee is required to complete in order to register for the Event.

“Location” means the location specified on the Course Info Page.

“Organiser” or “Online Flamenco” means Online Flamenco VOF, a company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 81770030.

“Services” means any services provided by Online Flamenco to the Attendee under this Agreement.

2. Services

2.1 Unless otherwise stated, the Agreement becomes valid once the Attendee submits the enrolment Form and payment has been completed.

2.2 Online Flamenco will organise and deliver the Event as described on the Course Info Page. This includes planning, organising and executing the Event program, determining the timetable, arranging lessons, coordinating activities, organising attendance at live flamenco shows, selecting venues and arranging other related activities.

Online Flamenco is responsible only for the organisation and execution of the Event program and not for accommodation, transportation or travel documentation required to attend the Event.

2.3 Deliverables

Online Flamenco will provide the following deliverables during the Event:

- 3 hours of daily live morning training lessons with an Online Flamenco Maestro including teaching, feedback and guidance

- 1 hour of daily afternoon repetition classes with a professional guitarist

- Daily recordings and access to these recordings after the Event

- Welcome meal on the first day

- Goodbye dinner on the final day

- Access to all performances and live shows included in the program

- Certificate of attendance

2.4 Attendees are required to bring their own musical equipment and are responsible for storing and maintaining it during the Event.

3. Payment

3.1 Unless stated otherwise, the Attendee is required to pay the full amount indicated on the enrolment Form at the time of registration.

3.2 All prices listed on the Online Flamenco website are per person, unless otherwise indicated.

3.3 Prices are based on applicable costs, values, rates and taxes known at the time of enrolment.

3.4 If payment is made in a currency different from that used by Online Flamenco, any currency exchange fees or surcharges may be borne by the Attendee.

4. Event Program, Accommodation and Activities

4.1 Minimum Participants

The minimum number of participants required to confirm the Event is 15 Attendees.
If this minimum is not reached, Online Flamenco reserves the right to cancel the Event by providing at least 30 days’ notice before the Event start date. In such case, all Attendees will receive a full refund of the course fee.

4.2 Program Changes

Online Flamenco reserves the right to adjust the timetable, locations, instructors, activities or other aspects of the Event if necessary due to circumstances such as venue availability, illness of instructors, insufficient enrolment in certain activities, or other operational reasons. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

4.3 Travel and Accommodation

The costs of travel, accommodation, meals and drinks are not included in the course price, unless explicitly stated on the Course Info Page. Each Attendee is solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation and related expenses.

4.4 Accommodation Rules

Attendees must respect any accommodation rules provided by accommodation providers or venues used during the Event. These may include restrictions such as visitor policies or designated quiet hours.

4.5 Absence or Late Arrival

If an Attendee arrives late or is absent from any part of the Event for any reason, no refund or compensation will be provided.

4.6 Behaviour and Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times toward instructors, other participants, venue staff, performers and members of the local community. Any behaviour that causes nuisance, disruption, harassment, discomfort or harm to others will not be tolerated. Attendees must also respect professional boundaries with instructors, staff and venue personnel. Inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to unwanted advances, harassment may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund at the sole discretion of Online Flamenco.

4.7 Disciplinary Action

In cases of serious misconduct, including but not limited to repeated disruptive behaviour, illegal activity, or violation of venue rules, Online Flamenco reserves the right to remove the Attendee from the Event without refund. Any damages caused by the Attendee may be charged to them.

4.8 Organiser Role

Online Flamenco acts solely as organiser of the educational program and related activities. The Attendee remains responsible for all personal travel arrangements and expenses associated with attending the Event.

5. Travel Documents, Insurance and Health

5.1 Travel Documentation

Attendees travelling internationally are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas and entry permissions required to travel to Spain.

5.2 Passport Validity

Attendees must ensure their passport or identification document is valid for travel to Spain for the entire duration of the Event and any related travel period. Some countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond the travel date. Online Flamenco accepts no responsibility if an Attendee is unable to travel due to invalid or insufficient documentation.

5.3 Health and Travel Insurance

Attendees are responsible for obtaining adequate health and travel insurance covering the duration of the Event and their travel to and from Spain. This insurance should cover medical expenses, accidents, illness and emergency repatriation where applicable.

Online Flamenco is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred by Attendees.

5.4 Personal Responsibility

Participation in the Event may involve extended periods of guitar practice and physical activity. Attendees participate voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate.

5.5 Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, Attendees authorise Online Flamenco staff to seek appropriate medical assistance if necessary. Any associated costs remain the responsibility of the Attendee.

6. Amendments and Cancellation by Online Flamenco

6.1 Refund Policy

All reservations and payments are final. Online Flamenco does not offer refunds except in the circumstances described in Section 4.1.

6.2 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under this Agreement if caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, pandemics, strikes or other unforeseeable events ("Force Majeure Event").

6.3 Alternative Delivery

If a Force Majeure Event prevents the Event from taking place in person, Online Flamenco may attempt to provide the course in an online format where reasonably possible.

6.4 Amendments to Terms

Online Flamenco reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any changes will be communicated to registered Attendees.

7. Liability, Complaints and Disputes

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Online Flamenco’s total liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Attendee for participation in the Event.

7.2 Indirect Loss

To the extent permitted by law, Online Flamenco shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including travel costs, accommodation costs or other personal expenses.

7.3 Immigration Matters

Online Flamenco shall not be liable for losses resulting from visa refusals, immigration restrictions or other travel-related issues affecting the Attendee.

7.4 Personal Belongings

Online Flamenco is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless such loss results directly from proven negligence of the Organiser.

7.5 Complaints

Any complaints regarding the Event should be communicated to Online Flamenco staff as soon as possible during the Event. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, the Attendee must contact Online Flamenco by email within a reasonable time.

8. Intellectual Property and Data Protection

8.1 Photography and Media

Online Flamenco may photograph, film or record parts of the Event. By attending the Event, the Attendee grants Online Flamenco permission to use such material for promotional, educational or marketing purposes unless the Attendee objects in writing prior to the Event.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Online Flamenco courses, materials, recordings and teaching content remain the exclusive property of Online Flamenco or its licensors.

8.3 Protection of Content

Attendees may not copy, distribute, reproduce or publish course materials or recordings without prior written permission from Online Flamenco.

8.4 Data Protection

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), personal data provided by the Attendee will be processed and stored solely for the purpose of administering the Event and providing related services.

8.5 Marketing Communications

Unless the Attendee explicitly opts out, Online Flamenco may use the Attendee’s contact details to inform them of future events, courses or updates related to Online Flamenco services.

8.6 Data Rights

Attendees have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of their personal data by contacting Online Flamenco via email.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
